Allow Season Pass Icons and Heroes in Create a Club Career

In Manager Career, Icons and Heroes unlocked through the Season Pass cannot be used with clubs created through the Create a Club feature.
The "Icons and Heroes" option is only available when starting a new Manager Career with an existing club. There is no equivalent option for created clubs, and the Season Pass does not clearly explain this restriction before players claim these rewards.
This is frustrating because players spend time unlocking rewards advertised for Career Mode, only to discover that they cannot use them in their preferred type of career.
Suggestion: Allow unlocked Season Pass Icons and Heroes to be used in Create a Club careers, including existing saves if technically possible. Also, clearly explain any restrictions before players claim these rewards, especially if they can only be used when starting a new career with an existing club.
