Another Serious FC 27 Gameplay Issue – Rivals Black Screen

As if the terrible gameplay wasn’t enough, now I’m experiencing another ridiculous issue in Rivals. The entire screen suddenly turns black, and you literally cannot see anything during the match. I’m attaching a screenshot as proof.

Honestly, I’m speechless. How can a game released by a company as big as EA have so many basic technical and gameplay problems?

Defending is broken, passing and interceptions are completely unpredictable, player movements are delayed, and now even the match screen goes completely black.

At this point, what exactly are players paying for? Is this the level of quality EA thinks its customers deserve?

It genuinely feels like EA is taking players’ money for a product that isn’t even properly tested. There is a limit to how much frustration and disappointment customers can tolerate.

Enough is enough. Fix your game instead of continuously disappointing the people who spend their hard-earned money on it.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is still an issue. Been happening to me for a week now in EVERY game mode. How has this not been fixed yet.

    EA_Mako what help is this?

The problem is well documented over multiple posts already.

We have paid for an obviously defective product, with a lot of my fellow players losing money through various paid for consumables, not to mention the free time from our daily lives.
