Beta code sent to the wrong platform

Hello, I got the ea fc 27 beta code but you guys sent me a ps4 version, even though i have on my communication preferences profile I have selected only ps5 because thats the console I play on. Can you send me a ps5 version code in order to test your game properly and give proper feedback because I know you guys care more about the new gen gameplay, so no point in me testing the ps4 one where i will never touch it again .
