Career Mode needs Improvements

Gameplay is nothing like the beta. You royally **bleep**. 

Then Career mode, i’ve put about 40 hours into this game already just in career, you guys need to make it so players go out on loan way more often, also my players should not be requesting to leave because of playing time when I play them 5 games in a row. I feel like there’s to much fluctuation in overalls day to day, they don’t recover stamina fast enough even though there’s so many days in between games, then with transfers, if i request to buy someone why does it automatically make them leave the team there on. I’ve had that happen so many times. This game is riddled with problems.
