Check account functionality and FC Points pack-opening performance
Dear EA Sports Community and Staff,
I am writing on this forum to share an unusual situation I have encountered with my gaming profile on the Xbox platform.
Despite a significant financial investment and a very large volume of in-game purchases—exceeding €2,000 spent on FC Points for opening packs—the returns have been disproportionately poor; throughout the entire season, I have not pulled a single promotional, special, or high-value card of any note.
While I fully understand the random nature (RNG) of card distribution and the statistical mechanics of the system, I find the outcome—given the massive number of packs opened—to be statistically almost impossible.
The purpose of this post is to see if other users have experienced similar issues and to ask the staff if it might be possible to conduct a technical review of my profile. The goal would be to ensure that there are no synchronization bugs, anomalies, or unintentional restrictions negatively affecting the drop rates on my account.

Nothing at the account level can negatively affect the drop rates from the packs on your account; that's the same for everyone and is not tied to your account specifically.
I'm sorry your experience opening a lot of packs has been disappointing so far. I hope you will find some rare promotional, special, or high-value cards as you keep playing.
