At my club, we don't play by controlling the entire team because we feel that's cheating, but there are clubs that overuse this option.

This really needs to be revisited; I don't understand why they haven't done so yet. It makes no sense to have a mode where you create and control a single player, only to allow opponents to control the entire team during club league matches. It’s practically impossible to have a fair game this way—and I’m not even talking about winning, because that is possible if the opponents are terrible. The thing is, it’s incredibly easy to create openings when you're controlling the whole team against someone who is only controlling their own individual player.

This option ruins the game. Players who control the entire team have a huge advantage over those who actually want to play with just their own player, and the game becomes boring.
