Re: Email :Reminder: EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta" but no beta

Hello, I have received a email today (attached) following up on a code that was claimed to be sent sometime between Aug4th-12th. When I checked my email, it seems I never got one between that time. I reached out to support and they recommended to post on here. I am not sure if the initial email went to spam, was deleted accidentally or never sent. I am wondering how I can regain access to the code that was sent to me earlier which this newest email is pointing to. Thank you.
