Core players repeatedly requesting transfers for no logical reasons
I have now experienced the same issue across multiple separate Manager Career saves in FC 27. When managing Chelsea, key first-team players such as Reece James, Moisés Caicedo, Cole Palmer and Estêvão repeatedly submit transfer requests even when there is no logical reason for them to want to leave. These are important/core squad players, they are receiving regular playing time, and in many cases there is no obvious morale, contract or squad-role problem that would justify a transfer request.
The most concerning part is that this has happened across several different saves rather than being an isolated incident. This makes long-term Career Mode extremely frustrating because the game effectively forces the manager to lose important players regardless of how they are being managed. I remember a very similar issue happening around the launch of FC 26. It appeared to improve after updates, but the same behaviour seems to have returned in FC 27.
Please investigate the logic behind:
- Player playing-time satisfaction
- Squad-role expectations
- Morale
- Contract satisfaction
- Transfer-request triggers
- Whether these systems are communicating correctly with each other
A crucial player who is regularly playing, performing well and has no major unresolved complaint should not suddenly submit a transfer request without a clear reason. Transfer requests themselves are obviously realistic and should remain part of Career Mode. The problem is the frequency and the apparent lack of logical triggers.
This is especially damaging in clubs such as Chelsea because players who are supposed to form the core of the squad can repeatedly request transfers across different saves, making it difficult to build a realistic long-term career.
Please treat this as a Career Mode logic/transfer-request issue rather than simply normal player unhappiness.
