Could managers choose which PlayStyles players develop?

I have a specific question about PlayStyles in Manager Career.

Would EA ever consider giving managers some control over which PlayStyles a player can develop?

For example, a young midfielder with high Passing, Vision and Ball Control could potentially be trained towards Incisive Pass or Tiki Taka.

I am not asking whether PlayStyles can currently develop in Career Mode. My question is specifically whether EA has ever considered allowing the manager to influence or choose which PlayStyle a player develops based on their attributes, position and training.

This would make youth development much more meaningful and give managers another way to develop players instead of simply finding players who already have the PlayStyles they want.

Even if this is not currently planned, I would really appreciate knowing whether this is something the development team has discussed or considered.

Has this idea ever been discussed internally at EA?
