Re: Not received rewards for fc27 ultimate plus pre order

I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition on PC on 08/31/26.
My receipt shows the purchase date as 08/31/26, and the EA app shows that I have the pre-order. However, the app does notshow the Early Bird / ICON reward, and the reward has not appeared in-game.

 

I live in Israel, and my receipt does not show the purchase time, so I’m not able to verify whether the order was processed before any exact cutoff time.

Has anyone else had this issue, or is there an official update on missing Early Bird rewards for FC 27 Ultimate Edition on PC?

    I also have the recipt for the game that i purchased it on the 31st beacuse i really want the icon nothing else
