How is gameplay tested?

I get it must be hard to test gameplay pre release but how is it tested? 

I cant help but feel with just constant issues in competitive gameplay and so many OP tactics a change in in game mechanics development needs to be considered. 

I have to assume EA dont want this fidget spinning nonsese and an inability to pass due to AI interceptions.  Because it is frankly comical. 

It just results in far too long of the cycle being an jnenjoyable experiance for users. It has to be spreading hence why the game is already on sale on the PS store

Nothing for this year obviously as we already too deep in this borefest but next year needs to change because I already know I wont pre order without a significant change
