I got disconnected from my fut champs game that i won and it counted as a loss

I don’t even know where to start. I even have video footage to make sure i can report this issue. The game had completely finished and I had won 4-3. I was trying to click through the menus after the game so i could play my next fut champions game. As i am clicking through it said that an error occurred and it kicked me out of Ultimate Team. When i went back on it had said that i did not finish the match. Bear in mind i was on the after screens of the match. I dont know if this is a problem for anyone else but please EA compensate me with my win i have video footage of me winning the game. This win would have taken me to 6 wins and 2 losses but instead i have 5 wins and 3 losses it is ridiculous.
