Improve Loan Management — Let Us Contact Clubs About Our Players!

One frustrating limitation in Manager Career is that we have almost no control over our players once we send them out on loan.

Sometimes, a young player is loaned to another club to gain experience, but ends up spending most of the season on the bench. Our only option is to recall him.

Interestingly, when we borrow a player from another club, his parent club can contact us and complain about his lack of playing time. So why can’t we do the same?

Suggestion: Add a “Contact Club” option that allows managers to discuss their loaned-out players’ playing time with the receiving club.

The club could agree to give the player more opportunities, explain the situation, or reject the request. If things don’t improve, recalling the player would remain an option.

Loaning out young players should help their development, not leave managers powerless until the loan ends.
