Make Loan Management More Realistic

When we loan out a player, we have almost no control over how the receiving club uses him. A talented player can spend the entire season on the bench, leaving us with little choice but to recall him.

Let us contact the receiving club and request more playing time for our player. We should be able to explain that he needs regular minutes for his development, and the club could agree, refuse, or give us the option to recall him.

We already have the opposite situation in the game—when we loan a player, their parent club can contact us and ask us to give their player more playing time. We should have the same ability when our players are out on loan.
