Player transfer requests are happening far too frequently in Manager Career
I would like to report what appears to be a serious issue with the player morale/playing-time system in Manager Career.
Players are requesting transfers because of “lack of playing time” far too quickly, even when their actual playing time is reasonable.
For example, I have experienced players requesting a transfer after only a few matches on the bench. In some cases, players are still getting regular starts and significant playing time, yet they still complain about insufficient playing time and request a transfer.
This makes it very difficult to manage a realistic squad.
In a normal Manager Career, you should be able to:
- Rotate players between league, cup and European matches.
- Rest players when stamina is low.
- Give younger players opportunities.
- Manage injuries and squad depth.
- Keep 18–22 players involved in the squad without constantly having to start the same players.
At the moment, the system seems far too sensitive to short periods without starting a match. It also appears that the morale/status indicators do not always correspond with the transfer request. A player can have good form and morale and still suddenly request a transfer because of playing time.
This discourages squad rotation and effectively forces the player to use the same starting XI almost every match.
Please consider reviewing the logic behind playing-time expectations and transfer requests. There should be more tolerance for rotation, particularly when a player is receiving regular appearances over a longer period.
It would also be very useful to have an option in Manager Career to disable or adjust player transfer requests caused by playing time.
I really enjoy the Manager Career mode, but this issue is making squad management unnecessarily frustrating and unrealistic.
