Missing/quicksold players minimum price on the transfer market

Yesterday 23rd of September I logged into fc27 ultimate team account and found all my bench and starting 11 missing and most of my players like Mohamed salah and seymenyo sold for minimum price 650 c...

Hey Darko appreciate you reaching out no one else has access to my account. I spoke to live chat 3 times first time the person in the live chat said just to wait and they’ll get back to me with an email the 2nd person straight up just left the chat promising they’ll fix the issue and just left the chat and the 3rd person said the same as the first person very disappointing I made sure to ask how long it might take  all of them said they were unsure on how long it might take to get an email back from the support team i honestly don’t know what to do honestly I don’t mind losing the untradeble players it’s just the coins and tradeble players that hurt it was nearly 400k worth of players and coins lost.

    If your case was escalated Zen_doode​ then you would need to wait for the team to investigate.

    Items being quicksold or missing like this is almost certainly done manually on the account.
