Multiplayer Manager Career Mode – Multiple Players Managing Different Clubs

Hello EA SPORTS FC Development Team,

I would like to suggest a major new feature for Manager Career Mode: Multiplayer Manager Career Mode.

I think Career Mode would become much more exciting if two or more players could manage different clubs within the same Career Mode save.

For example, two players could connect two controllers to the same console. Each player could choose or create their own manager and take control of a different club.

Both players would be able to manage their own clubs independently, including transfers, tactics, player development, contracts, finances and other management decisions.

Most importantly, both clubs would exist in the same Career Mode world and progress through the same seasons. Instead of both clubs being controlled by the AI, they would be controlled by real players.

For example:

Player 1 → Manchester United

Player 2 → Liverpool

Both players could play through the same Premier League season, compete against each other, make transfers and potentially meet in domestic or European competitions.

This feature could also potentially be expanded to online multiplayer, allowing friends to manage different clubs from different consoles.

I believe Multiplayer Manager Career Mode would make Career Mode much more social, competitive, immersive and replayable.
