Subject: Serious Complaint About FC 27 Gameplay Balance and Cheating

Dear EA SPORTS Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the current state of EA SPORTS FC 27. The gameplay balance is completely broken, and the competitive experience has become frustrating and unfair.

One major example is Salma, who is ridiculously overpowered. It feels almost impossible to tackle her, take the ball away from her, or defend against her properly. This is unrealistic and destroys the competitive balance of the game.

Another serious issue is the suspected use of third-party devices such as Cronus Zen. Players may be using these devices to gain unfair advantages, while legitimate players are left frustrated. EA must investigate these concerns and take strong action against confirmed cheaters.

We spend our money and time on this game, and we deserve fair competition. EA SPORTS has a responsibility to protect its community, address broken gameplay mechanics, and enforce its rules against cheating.

We demand immediate improvements to gameplay balance, stronger anti-cheat protection, proper investigation of suspicious activity, and meaningful communication with the community.

Stop ignoring the frustration of your players. We deserve a fair football game where skill matters more than exploits and unfair advantages.
