Players repeatedly requesting transfers for no logical reasons - *not fixed*
Guys, this issue hasn’t been fixed and is ruining career mode.
Multiple players are putting in transfer requests during a season. This occurs across multiple saves. Players become fatigued and need to be rested, then put in transfer requests after this occurs over the season. Unless I make all of my players 99 stamina, so I don’t have to rest them, this is going to continue to occur in career mode.
But then in doing this, the problem is other players in a 22 man squad put in transfer requests for not playing.
I simply can’t balance fatigue vs playtime without having half my squad want to leave - despite being top of the league.
The balance isn’t working, especially for ‘high press’ tactics who require alot of stamina in players and squad rotation.
And the problem wasn’t solely, ‘player putting in secret transfer requests’, that was only a small part of the problem.
Career mode is unplayable currently.
