Plz Like to Get Their Attention: FC27 BUG – Can’t Negotiate Player Contract

This has happened multiple times with different players in Manager Career.

A player sends a message saying:

“Boss, anytime you want to chat about a new contract, give my agent a shout.”

But when I go to negotiate the contract, the game blocks it and says:

“You have recently negotiated a new contract with this player.”

This is clearly contradictory. The game should not trigger a player message asking the manager to negotiate a new contract when contract negotiations with that player are currently locked.

Since I have experienced this with several different players, it appears to be a recurring bug rather than an isolated situation.

    Been having somehting a bit similar happen to me recently. Set my save contract negotiating setting to loose so I could have a more chill save where I could renew contract whenever, I moved clubs in season 2, and now the contract system is totally broken. Every player at my new club refuses to negotiate. It definitely seems like changing clubs triggers some hidden strict/realism setting by accident. Please look into this devs, it completely kills the momentum of a journeyman career.

    WITH THIS BUG, MANAGER CAREER CAN BE PLAYED ONLY 1 SEASON.

    Can any of the community managers at least acknowledge the issue? The bugs are killing the game.

    Also encountered this bug!! But I'm also second in the Championship automatically promoted spot and the board are unhappy at a few results!! This game is terrible and definitely wasn't worth the money!!!!
