POV replay/camera option is broken and pointless

In career mode and general play I prefer to not have the pov replay cameras, so wit the option that I can turn this off was welcomed. However every game I still get 2-3 pov replays/camera views occur! Eg. Ref booking, corner, or even on goal scoring replay. 

Has anyone else noticed this?!
