Signature Amps should be permanent.

Signature Amps should be closer in line with Signature Playstyles to where they are permanent boosts to attributes and can be switched out, similar to something like loadouts in Call of Duty.

Temporary boosts for these make no sense. I'd rather Sig Amps cost more and be permanent unlocks with PS+ to truly customize your builds vs everyone else to create unique builds instead of just copying everyone else's youtube builds. For example, I really like Press Proven + on a UT card from a few years ago. the only attacking build that had it was Target at the end of the year. Target was the worst build for attackers and I didn't want to use it but wanted the playstyle.
