Terrible AI/CPU on the Defensive side
I’m just going to start off by saying I’ve never ever been so livid about the game and I’ve been playing since I was 6 years old with fifa 07. I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ve tried every tactic, every setting, every player tactic and somehow there are still these 3 issues.
- There are dozens of times through each game where I will be attacking and the other teams will be able to make a pass through the midfield because my midfielders somehow can’t anticipate something a u12 midfielder could anticipate and they just watch the pass go by literally 2-4 steps away from them. - side note on this, for some reason if I try to manually switch to them and do it, THE GAME WILL SOMEHOW SLOW MY PLAYER DOWN TO KEEP IT FROM INTERCEPTING A PASS
2. My god the outside backs are terrible at prioritizing danger, they will literally stay on the wing and run along the other teams counter attack like he’s their extra winger. Happens countless times even when I put the correct player tactics to fill in for gaps. This is literally such kindergarten level of play that shouldn’t be having holes in this game play. Especially for the technology I expected this AI or CPU to have, what did you guys somehow code the outside backs ignore the most dangerous part of the field if there’s a gap there ?
