Transfers

Transfers in manager career are enjoyably challenging in the negotiation stage but so many of them get rejected after agreeing a fee and contract, I’ve literally just had 4 different players in a row agree a contract and then the next day the transfer gets rejected and falls through. 

Another issue with transfers is how many of your rivals come and take the players you’re in for, this is great for realism to an extent but city ended up with like 3 new left backs which just completely ruined the feel.

It’s also incredibly unrealistic how you can’t even negotiate for rival teams players 

Ultimately I think a lot of work needs doing around transfers. The idea with it is there but the execution seems way off.
