Beta code doesn't work

I'm a playtester participating in the current FC 27 beta playtest , two days ago I received the code And opened the PlayStation and tried to redeem the code but it didn't give me the download option, I tried the beta tool to get a new code it produced a new code but it doesn't work , it keeps giving me the error ( this prepaid card could not be redeemed, please try again later , and the beta tool keeps giving me the same code, and when I went to the transactions history it says I purchased the game for 0 $ , so please help me , and thank you
