Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Not Showing in Library or Download

Hello,

I am experiencing the exact same issue as another user described:

I received the invitation to try out the beta version of EAFC 27 via email. I followed the instructions that were provided in email and redded the code in the playstation store. Whenever I log into my Playstation console, download isn't available. 

If I enter the same code provided, obviously the code was redeemed. I submitted on new one per instructions and while staying logged in the Playstation Store after receiving new code, error message on my screen says:

"The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later. "

I did not want to submit another request to avoid potential request abuse. What do you suggest?

Could someone assist me with this issue?

    Go to recently bought and it will be in there buddy

    kabosCZ​  EA_Aljo​ Where can see the recently bought? I've checked the transaction history in my PSN account and i do see fc27 but the only option is to refund. There is no option to download. I attached a screenshot for reference. Should i be looking in the playstation store or elsewhere?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    On your PS5 home screen, go to Game Library > Your Collection. / You can also go to Settings > Account > Order History. Thanks!
