my psn account (connected to ea) got hacked yesterday… and playstation customer service said it is impossible to retrieve (I spoke with them 2 hours on the phone today). The issue is I preordered fc27 ultimate edition for the rewards in the hacked and now lost account. Can you help me connect my ea account to a new psn account and keep my rewards?
