I ordered before the 31st been sent to playstation support and they sent me back to ea support. still havent gotten my icon pack and I just wasted my time 

Hello, i buy EA FC 27 ultimate edition for PC on Steam by 31 August at 19:00 time of Romania , and i don’t receive Icon pack or 2000 points ! 
I have only web APP , i don’t play the full game on pc yet 

Hi I just switched from pc to ps5 so normally i would just buy ea play pro but I can’t so is there anything I can do to get te icon pack? 
I preordered the ultimate edition a bit too late.

I prefer ordered the game before the 31st and then had a problem with my card and had to pre order again after the 31st, will I still get the 85+ icon?

I bought 1 year of EA Play Pro a month ago but haven’t gotten the promised 85+ ICON pack nor did I get any of the promised additional content that’s included in the Ultimate edition of EA FC 27. Can you help me get what I ordered?  

Hello, when I pre-ordered the game, the advertisement stated that we would receive an 85+ OVR Icon player. This was one of the reasons I decided to purchase the game. Could you please clarify this?

Unfortunately, you are too late to get the 85+ OVR International ICON Player Pick.

That specific early-bird reward was a limited-time offer that expired on August 31st, 2026.

If you are on PC, you can still have it by subscribing to EA Play Pro. Unlike a regular pre-order, as an active EA Play Pro member on PC, you automatically get the 85+ OVR International ICON Player Item as part of your subscription edition.
