I redeemed the code on my phone first like it said then tried to redeem on my Xbox like it had said to but then it just says it’s already been used. And nothing is downloading.

I did the same thing but am on PS5 I can’t download it , I tried to request a new code which was resent but it doesn’t work. And I’m getting the error message saying the code i redeemed through the way the email described was already used but i can’t download it at all.
