Manual defending needs nerf

We have went from one extreme to another. 

Ai defending on 26 was ridiculously strong however from my experience on the beta it’s now manual defending that’s ridiculously strong. I’m all for the ai nerf but the Manual has been buffed to the moon. Possibly reduce the reaction area for player controlled defenders slightly
