Any fix for position glitch ?

Every time the players go into the wrong position when adding a tactic. Please fix this!!!! This glitch happened in fc26 as well. This is pathetic that we have to suffer through it again!

does anyone know any fixes? I deleted the squad and even remade the codes, tried all the ideas on TikTok and nothing works
