Black screen

Every online mode on FC27 Ultimate team loads in fine and then just goes to a black screen at kick off. The only things that are visible are the player icons, names and scoreboard. The game is being played in the background because i can move and people are scoring against me. How am i meant to play without being able to see?! 
This started 3 days ago, i have tried every fix suggested in forums and online. I even contacted support and they sent me a link to xbox support saying its xbox not FC27. The link then lead me to a page that effectively said “have you tried turning it off and on again”. Why do i even buy the game, cant even play it?
