Subject: FC 27 Rush Black Screen Bug – Unfair Matchmaking Penalties (PS5)

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a serious technical issue in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 5.

Twice while entering Rush matches, my entire screen turned black. Only player indicators, usernames and the scoreboard remained visible. The match continued running, but I could not see the pitch or players, making it impossible to continue playing.

I was forced to leave both matches because of this technical issue. As a result, my account received matchmaking penalties.

I want to make the following requests:

1. Investigate and fix the black screen bug in Rush mode on PS5.
2. Review the two matches affected by this technical failure.
3. Remove the matchmaking penalties applied to my account because I did not voluntarily abandon these matches.
4. Confirm that this issue is known and inform me when a permanent fix will be available.

I have attached a screenshot showing the problem.

I should not be punished for a technical failure caused by the game itself.

I expect a proper investigation and a solution to both the technical issue and the penalties.
