I want to ask if I could receive my ultimate scream tokens back as my little brother went on my account and with the tokens got the guarantee pack and I got Fabinho and to be honest I wanted to save my tokens so I want to know if by any chance you could refund them or something like that because I really didn’t want to open the pack my brother did to annoy me and now all of my tokens our gone if you can’t give the back I fully understand I just want to know if by any chance you could give them back
Hey Jamie170722,
Unfortunately we can't undo the purchase and restore those tokens. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough time with your younger brother though; hopefully things will improve between you two and he won't pull a similar stunt again.
