Concern About Pack Rewards in EA SPORTS FC 27

Dear EA Support,

I’m contacting you because I’m concerned about the rewards I receive from packs in EA SPORTS FC 27. I rarely get anything valuable, while people I know who open fewer packs seem to get much better rewards.

I understand that pack rewards are based on chance, but the difference is frustrating. Could you please check my account and confirm that everything is working as intended?

EA Account Details:

  • EA ID: Resky_WV2
  • Platform: PlayStation 5
  • Game: EA SPORTS FC 27

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Resky

Hi there. Everyone has the same chances. These are detailed in the pack probabilities that are listed in the store. Pack odds do not change based on the account.
