Re: Missing EA Play Pro Rewards

I bought EA Play Pro. I received the FC points; however, it had gone to FC26 and I had to login Fc26 to transfer the points, However the Player Icon Pick has not appeared. I had an Case sent and they closed it after 4 days they stated a manual grant has been done in-game and no need for further action. However 24hr nothing still in my store/Account, spoke with EA (very unhelpful) kept talking to bots, they kept creating new tickets for the same issues.

I managed to talk to an EA advisor- they stated a lot of players have had these issues and the developers are trying to fix? Unsure when this will be? already been 2 weeks nothing...

I looked through this page to see others' issues, and it looks like players had the same issues. Not sure if anyone who had the same issues has been granted the rewards or is still waiting.
