Evolution Gone

I was told I should post here, but I know it will go nowhere.  I used the Future Stars evo on the wrong player.  Never played a game with him.  Realized my mistake and took the evolution off the card thinking it would repopulate into my rewards.  Now its gone forever apparently. And the best I get from customer support is "welp, that sucks". For being with this franchise for nearly 15 years, it still amazes me that EA doesnt have any kind of way to fix something simple like this.  Just assign the evo back to my account?  IMPOSSIBLE.  Im an EA Club member, a founding member, I buy the best version every year and always preorder, spent thousands over the years... but things like this make me think I shouldnt.  And they'll say "its irreversible, we cant do anything about it".  Pretty sure thats not true, but it helps for them to shovel everyone off back to this forum.  Theres a reason everyone hates this company with a passion. Ive done nothing but defend them, but they won't even work with one of their most devoted players. Guess I just dont get to have this evo now.
