FC 27 Evolution Bug – Mayulu Base Card Blocked After SBC

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with the “FS Academy” Evolution in FC 27 Ultimate Team.

I used my first Mayulu Evolution card in an SBC, and I no longer have that card in my club. I am now trying to use Mayulu’s base card in the “FS Academy” Evolution, but the game displays the following error message: “You already have an Evolution version of this item.”

I have restarted the game, but the problem persists. I do not have the previous Evolution card anymore, and this is the first time I have tried to evolve this base card.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me fix it?
