FC 27 Ultimate Team – Foundation Objectives Missing / First Team Dreams Locked

hi EA,

I’m having an issue with Foundation objectives in FC 27 Ultimate Team.

The only Foundation objective I can see is First Team Dreams, but it is locked and says “Complete the previous chapter to unlock First Team Dreams.”

The problem is that the previous chapter, The Journey Begins, is completely missing from my objectives. None of the other Foundation challenges are showing either.

I have already tried troubleshooting the issue and checked the Companion App. FC Hub is now showing in the app, but the Foundation objectives are still missing.

Could someone please help me fix this or investigate whether it is a bug affecting other players?

Platform: pc

Thanks.

In the FUT mode of FC27, I have completed all 5 sub-tasks of the novice quest group "The Journey Begins," showing 5/5, and the rewards have been claimed.

However, after completion, the subsequent "First Team Dream" mission group was not automatically unlocked. Switching to the [Basics] tab also revealed no new tasks. Currently, the FUT objective list only has this one task, which is stuck and prevents further progression or unlocking the transfer market.

I have tried these troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists

    1. Completely close the game, restart the console/computer, and log back in after switching to a different accelerator node

    2. Completing a solo Squad Battles match and finishing the game normally

    3. Check the target page in FUT Companion on the web, but no new tasks have been generated

    Hey everyone,

Thank you for reporting this situation and for sharing screenshots showing this objective locked.

I have informed our teams that this is happening.

Please hang in there while we look into your reports.
