If you have FC Points pre loaded or left over from FC26 will they carry over if you change your region to NZ before 1pm Thursday, or would I need to wait to access the game on Friday in order for the points to carry over into FC27
Most years you do need to wait until console release to access your FC points from the previous game - it should pop up as a message the first time you log into ultimate team - be careful to say yes to transferring the points, as from what I know (though I'm not completely sure), it's pretty hard to transfer the points to the next game if you accidentally say no when it asks the first time.

EA_Pulsar Is there any reason why'd they change it this year? Not trying to come across as confrontational, but as far as I can see the points transfer system has worked fine over the past few years, and I don't see any reason for EA to remove it?
