FC points dissaparing

i bought fc points on ea app since i play on pc, but the points never come to my fc account. do i need to claim them? I thought you only needet to buy them and then they come automatic to my fc account.

    Hi there, welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear your FC Points haven’t appeared yet.
    Please keep in mind that FC Points purchases can sometimes take up to 24 hours to process and appear on your account. If the purchase was made less than 24 hours ago, please allow some more time and restart the game occasionally to help refresh the account.

    If the Points are still missing after 24 hours, please contact our Support team with your proof of purchase so they can check the transaction for you.

    I already wait a long time since I bought FC Pionts on Steam on 08 Oct, I still have not received My FC Pionts in game , EA support told  me to find Steam support and Steam support told me to find EA Support loop and loop again. Now a day I still haven't received My  FC Pionts
