Fc points transfer

Made a transfer of my points but as I’d redeemed them as a code they hadn’t been added to my account until I’ve logged onto ultimate team . Loaded straight up to fc27 and they weren’t there eagerly pressed transfer and it transferred 100 points over rather than the 18500 id paid for a day earlier . Got in contact with the team and they wouldn’t transfer them over for me. Basically told me I’d just wasted 100 quid on an old game and give me no updates of when I can transfer them
