Fc27 Foundation Objectives bug.

I’ve recently bought FC27 and there seems to be a bug with my foundation objectives, none of the objectives are there to unlock the transfer market making ultimate team virtually unplayable. Please if anyone has or had this problem, is there a way to fix this?

Photo to show my evidence.

What does this mean? It’s a new ps account that I’ve opened and I’m assuming they’ve got it wrong, not once have I ever bought or received coins from an unknown website or ever cheated the game in anyway for that matter, just want to unlock the transfer market is it really too much to ask??
