This is the second time that has happened to me but when I finished player career mode or even pro clubs just now, I got the notification that I went up a couple of levels on the season pass but when I load up UT to claim them, it says "claimed." which I haven't yet... both times happened when they were a multi choice reward and now I had some player picks and I can't even use them because they just disappeared. Please help.
I have the Same issue.
When I reached the new level in Live Management, a screen popped up saying I had reached the new level and offering two options: 1. Claim and 2. Skip. I pressed “Claim” and went to Ultimate Team to open the player picks, but they weren't there. That was two hours ago. I've restarted the game several times.
Yeah it's so annoying... I hope they actually fix this and at least give our rewards to us because it's so annoying and unfair. EA_Dmitryi EA_Nazul EA_DanaB EA_Dennis EA_Mahonia EA_Abril michelrespawn
Me 2, what’s going on here- I claimed level 18 player picks and didn’t get them. This has to be rectified?
Now I’m at level 19 and get no rewards when claimed- this is unbelievable
Same here, why do we pay for the premium season pass and dont even get the rewards.
Same problem, packs never appeared at level 23.
I have also not received rewards after clicking "claim now" from career mode
Same, I thought I was tripping. This also happened to me when I claimed in Manager Career. Level 10 rewards.
I’ve just had the same happen to me, level 19 standard and premium rewards claimed in manager career and they have not shown up on my UT account even 12 hours later, multiple restarts etc with no luck. I’d like my rewards please👍🏻
Same here I lost out on level 21 rewards both normal and premium which is just annoying but I don’t think I’ll get them at all
