I play FC 27 on PS5. I have completed the initial setup, but Foundations only shows First Team Dreams, which is locked. The Journey Begins is missing completely. FC Hub is also locked in the Companion App. Please help fix this issue.

FC 27 PS5 – Missing “The Journey Begins” Objectives and Request for Compensation
I am playing EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5, and I am experiencing an issue with the Foundations Objectives.
The “The Journey Begins” chapter is completely missing from my game. As a result, “First Team Dreams” is locked, and I cannot access or complete the objectives in the game.
Interestingly, “First Team Dreams” is visible in the Companion App, where I can see the “Squad Up” objective, but the corresponding content is missing or inaccessible on my PS5.
This issue is preventing me from progressing in Ultimate Team and claiming the rewards that should be available to me. I have tried checking both the game and the Companion App, but the problem remains.
I am requesting that EA investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. I would also like to request fair compensation for the content and rewards I have been unable to access due to this issue, such as Ultimate Team Packs, Coins, or equivalent rewards.
I purchased the game expecting the advertised Ultimate Team features to work correctly. I would appreciate a clear response explaining how EA intends to resolve this issue and whether compensation will be provided.
