Fut champs bug

Hello EA ,

I was playing fut champs today and I lost 3 games due to bugs , the first game I enterred and I saw that I started to play against myself and not an online player and then it disconnected me from the game , the second time was while we were loading into a match , it kept loading for around 5 min and then it disconnected me from the loading and It counted as a loss , and the third time I was winning 8-2 against an online player and when I finished the game it loaded an error and the game counted as a loss 

In total I lost 3 games from my fut champs for nothing and didn’t received good rewards because of the bugs , I hope you can verify my account and see the logs of the games I played . if you can help me with anything to make me happy it would be very nice of you
