Game is slow

Hi. I thought i could give this game a go, after quitting (played less last fc) and now ita even horrible. Champs game mode, gauntlet i can play good, mut rivals.. oh boy. Cant run, all the time connection issue, everybody can out run me. It takes so much delay to even turn my players. Cant get past div.8.  (Every previous fut im div 1-3 and elite player). This is annyoing and i hope somwbody could fix this.
