Incorrect SBC Group Rewards 85+ x2 Gold

Hello EA Support Team,

The reason why I post this on here is the LaLiga, Liga F, Premier League, and Barclays Squad Building Challenges.

The reward description clearly stated that completing the group would grant an 85+ x2 Rare Gold Players Pack (Untradeable). Even though it says 85+ x2, I did open the pack and I didn't got any 85+x2 Rare Gold players.

Please investigate my account and verify the rewards I received. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue by granting the correct reward pack or providing the appropriate compensation.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

I see, I did on mobile app and I then logged into the pc afterwards. The screenshoot is from mobile FC app, it is different on PC and on Companion app. You know it's not end of the world, it's around 20k gems after all but I saw it like this and  that's why I did that, that's why I would love to get compensated.
