I did not discard or submit in SBC but he is missing from my club. I am suspecting that maybe he was submitted in an sbc without the card showing as having been selected or submitted due to a visual glitch. Can I please get my card back? Attached is proof that I did unlock the card.
Community ManagerHi there. I'm very sorry to say, we cannot replace items that were accidentally submitted in to SBCs. There are some articles for missing content in this FC 27 support article. Give those a try to see if you can find the missing item in the case it wasn't submitted into an SBC.
I can’t find the item anywhere so I’m assuming that that’s what must have happened to it. But to be penalized for a glitch causing a player to be submitted into sbc without being shown as such is not fair mate.
