Missing FC 27 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Rewards

I pre-ordered my EA FC 27 Ultimate but I didn’t get any icon pack as promised . I want to found out why ? 

even tho i pre ordered a game i didnt get icon pack

I pre-ordered the game on May 21st.

After proving the EA help chat that I purchased the ultimate plus edition on the 5/08/2026 they still can’t help me get my pre order icon and the hall of fut player pick. I received everything else like the season pass tokens and fifa points. I can’t get a refund from PlayStation for the game as it’s been more than 15 days since the purchase and EA aren’t giving me any compensation at all. Absolutely terrible

I’ve merged your post into the relevant thread.

Just to clarify, the 6,000 FC Points included with the Ultimate Edition are delivered in three equal monthly drops of 2,000 FC Points. If you received the first 2,000 FC Points in September, the second 2,000 should be delivered by October 15, with the final 2,000 following next month.

I’m sorry you’ve already had to contact EA Help multiple times about the 85+ OVR International ICON Pack. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to account or entitlement details here on the forums. You may still need to contact an Advisor again through EA Help. Thanks.

I pre ordered on August 31st but only received the season pass. im missing the 85+ OVR international icon pack and my fc points. Please i have been reaching out to ea help for my items but yall keep pushing back even though from the very beginning i have been told that i was entitled to those rewards. I dont know how many more times ill have to reach out to get this resolved. $100 spent FOR NOTHING.

Hi im waleed i bought the game at 27 sept ultimate edition but i did not receive my icon pack but someone told me you had to buy the game before31 aug but yesterday my friend bought the game ultimate edition and he got the icon pack
